      Ponte Vecchio is Intel's upcoming flagship computing GPU and the first product of Intel Xe HPC high-performance computing architecture. A Ponte Vecchio OAM computing module contains a total of 100 billion transistors, integrating up to 63 Tile unit modules (47 functional), with a total packaging area of 4844 square millimeters, and an overall power consumption of up to 600W. And this GPU module will use liquid cooling thermal managemnet solutions.
